NYSBBA - 99th Annual Convention and Expo

NYSSBA – Student Booth

The Outdoor Environmental Center (OEC) at Woodmere Middle School participated in the 99th annual New York State School Board Association (NYSSBA) convention and expo in Manhattan.  In cooperation with Dr. Terry, Dr. Mossey, and Mrs. Kearney, 6 students from the middle school and high school ran a booth dedicated to the exciting curriculum opportunities occurring in the OEC.  Students had the opportunity to travel to New York City; help set up the presentation booth; meet and discuss the OEC with superintendents, school board members, principals, teachers, and vendor from all over New York State.
