Learning Plant Anatomy with Coleus Cuttings

The 6th grade interdisciplinary classes have been using the greenhouse at the OEC to learn about plant structure and growth.  The students have been taking cuttings from Coleus plants and rooting them in aquaponics and distilled water.  The classes have been checking in on the cuttings to observe the differences in root growth.
