Technical Support for Students and Families

For technical issues related to student devices or accounts, students should visit the IT Office in their
school building.

For Parent/Guardian support on Schoology and/or the Infinite Campus Parent Portal, please email parentportal@hewlett-woodmere.net.

The IT Office locations in the buildings are as follows:

Franklin Early Childhood Center: Room 4

Hewlett Elementary School: Room 119B

Ogden Elementary School: Room 10A

Woodmere Middle School: IT Office Room 125 (located near the Auditorium)Hewlett High School: Room 212
