FamilyID & 1:1 Device Program Registration

Hewlett-Woodmere Public Schools offers the convenience of using FamilyID (www.familyid.com) to provide you with an easy, user-friendly way to sign our Device Agreements, District Acceptable Use Policy, Account Agreement Forms, Upload Medical Forms, Register for athletic participation.
In addition to FamilyID being a secure platform, it also helps us to be more administratively efficient and environmentally responsible. When you register through FamilyID, the system keeps track of your information in your FamilyID profile. You enter your information only once for each family member for multiple uses and multiple programs.
If your child is entering grade 3 or is a new entrant to the District in grades 3-12, please register for an account on Family ID and complete the 2024-2025 Device Registration for 1:1 Students program registration.
Your child will not be able to receive their District device until this registration is complete.
In addition to the device agreement, ALL families must complete the District Required Notifications for parents/guardians' acknowledgment. Please note that students will not be able to access their District accounts if this form is not completed. Parents will receive an email invitation to complete this form during the first week of August. The email will go to the parent who is listed as the primary contact on Infinite Campus.
