Hewlett-Woodmere Public Schools is excited to announce that we are now offering the convenience of using FamilyID (www.familyid.com) to provide you with an easy, user-friendly way to sign our Device Agreements, District Acceptable Use Policy, Account Agreement Forms, Upload Medical Forms, Register for athletic participation and more to come throughout the 2020-2021 school year.
In addition to FamilyID being a secure platform, it also helps us to be more administratively efficient and environmentally responsible. When you register through FamilyID, the system keeps track of your information in your FamilyID profile. You enter your information only once for each family member for multiple uses and multiple programs.
If your child is in grades 5, 8 or 9, please register for an account on Family ID and complete the 2020-2021 Device Registration for 1:1 Students program registration.
If you requested a loaner device to use for remote learning on our enrollment form (grades P-4), please register for an account on Family ID and complete the 2020-2021 Device Registration for Remote Learning program registration.
Your child will not be able to receive their District device until this registration is complete.
Additional information may be shared from specific buildings or departments who will begin using this platform throughout the year.
