Dear Members of the Hewlett-Woodmere Community,
As you may be aware, the extended closure of schools and the limitation on public gatherings has necessitated a change to our Board of Education and Budget Meetings.
Earlier this week, our Board of Education and Budget Development meetings were live streamed on our Website. On Tuesday, March 24, at 7:00 PM, our Public Budget Forum will be shared with the community in the same manner. Residents are not permitted to attend in person.
Typically, we mail a postcard to each home in the District to invite you to join us at the forum to learn more about the budget and ask any questions you may have. Due to the extenuating circumstances regarding COVID-19, we have decided not to mail these postcards this year.
All members of the Hewlett-Woodmere community are invited to participate in the Public Budget Forum through live stream, which can be accessed HERE. As a reminder:
