    Ogden’s fifth grade students were honored with many awards celebrating their many achievements at Ogden. Congratulations to our graduating students!

  • Hewlet-Woodmere Public Library Visits Ogden

    Ogden students had the amazing opportunity to hear from the librarians at the Hewlett-Woodmere Public Library about reading over the summer. The library has an amazing summer reading program and we can’t wait to participate!

  • 3rd Grade Cultural Celebration

    On Tuesday June 9th the third grade classes at Ogden came together to celebrate our different cultures. This was a culminating event after a year of studying cultures from around the world. It involved music and art from China, Brazil, and America. Students also prepared and ate foods from the different countries. All the students gained an appreciation of the similarities and differences of these cultures.

  • “100 Years of Broadway” Music Theatre Workshop Performance

    Members of the 4th and 5th grade put on “100 Years of Broadway” as part of Music Theatre Workshop. The cast took the audience on a musical journey through the history and changes of Broadway and the musical theatre. The show began with songs from Broadway’s early years and progressed through the decades until contemporary times. Some of the songs highlighted in the show included, “There’s No Business Like Show Business,” “Seventy-Six Trombones,” “Yankee Doodle Dandy,” “Tomorrow,” and “Greased Lightning.” The students certainly gave their regards to Broadway through their spectacular performance!

  • Spring Concert Performance at HHS

    Ogden students took the stage at Hewlett High School performing a selection of music under the guidance of Mrs. Santanastaso, Mrs. Coles, and Mr. Cardillo. Congratulations to the performers and their teachers for a job well done!

  • Colors of the Rainbow Team Match and Festival

    Ogden 4th grade students took home the SILVER medal on Sunday, April 26, 2015. Twelve students were selected to participate in this event after the whole grade did an amazing job in their Dancing Classrooms of Long Island performance in March! Mrs. Restivo, Mr. Boyes, Ms. Romeo and Mr. DeSanto even joined in on the fun as adult performers. Congratulations to all!
